Pioneer is one of the best resources that I have found, I tried to leave but once in the last 6 years but they did not give the resources that Pioneer has. Katie W. was the best PSR I have ever had, Julie C was amazing also. I have been happy with all of the staff that I have and still work with. With my PTSD and Bipolar this is not easy but they make it so that I survive.

when our previous health service for the grand kids and I banded us with no reason or warning (affinity) and our church. Pioneer Health was a god send. They have worked with myself and my grandkids and have been amazing!!! would not trade them for anything.

The staff has been very communicative and flexible. Lianna has been a lifesaver and I could never thank Pioneer enough for their help.

The most friendly staff I've ever encountered. Full waiting room and they took the time to explain things to me. My daughter has been coming here for a few years and every visit she has progressed. The med management staff is extremely efficient in processing our refill requests and takes time to listen to us when other places don't. The one time I ever had an issue I was called back by the office manager by the end of the day and we came up with a solution.
